They're packed with more potassium than a banana

If you need potassium (K+) reach for an avocado instead of a banana. Avocados have 14% of RDA approved potassium compared to a simple banana that only has 10%. High levels of potassium are linked with lower blood pressure and a decreased risk of heart stroke and kidney failure. So go bananas for some avocado.
