More plentiful with antioxidants than your $10 acai bowl

The black shelled superfood might not be as pretty as the overpriced acai bowl you Instagramed this morning, but it has the same or more amount of antioxidants. Avocados contain Lutein and Zeaxanthin, both of which are nutrients that are very important for eye health. For healthy eyes, you're going to have to order guacamole and chips as an appetizer...forever.
