Van Leeuwen Ice Cream Truck
NYC's favorite vegan ice cream truck has a stop in the Upper West Side, and it's just the place to be during the upcoming spring months. Stop by for a scoop or two of flavors such as the toasted coconut cake ice cream, vegan chocolate chip cookie dough, or the peanut butter ice cream with house made marshmallow and cacao nib peanut brittle. Phew, what a (literal) mouthful.
