Unlike Mac and Cheese, the tuna tartare is one of those dishes you wouldn't even attempt to make at home. In the sudden sushi craze of the last two decades, and with the increase of imported, high-grade sushi, it has turned into an appetizer that is hard to pass over. In the Village, Gotham Grill's Yellowfin tuna tartare is served with Japanese cucumbers, a great way to counter the textures, and fits in with the sweet miso Asian ginger vinaigrette.
