Why we like it: Guantanamera is a laid back spot in the center of Midtown Manhattan. The decor of chic Havana dress up the walls. The owner, Mario Zarate started this restaurant in 2005, and has given significant input to recreate an authentic Cuban environment, part of this includes a free hand-rolled cigar. The food is created with the freshest ingredients and is served up with a menu of fine spirits or wine. The true highlight of this restaurant is the live music and dance Tuesday - Sunday from 9 PM to 1 AM
