Why: The Americana pizza pie at this Neapolitan pizza joint is topped with sliced hot dogs and french fries. The owners, Rosario Procino and Pasquale Cozzolino, wanted to prove that not all Neapolitan pizzas need to be topped with traditional ingredients. The Americana creation is the perfect combo of traditional Italian and all-American cuisines.
