Cronut
Perhaps you’ve heard of the Cronut, the hybrid croissant-doughnut created by Chef Dominique Ansel in 2013. Located on Spring Street with a line that wraps around the corner, the Cronut phenomenon has taken NYC by storm. The Cronut flavor changes every month. This June, it’s Key Lime Young Coconut. July’s flavor will be Rum Caramelized Banana and Brown Sugar Ganache. This fluffy, fried pasty is definitely worth a try.
