Heres the mathematical equation (sushi + burrito) = sushirito. It's not too crazy of a concept, actually it's exactly what we've always wanted out of my sushi dining experience: more sushi? If you're on your 4th Chipotle of the week and in need of some change, try the sushirito. It'll be a good break from the overplayed burrito, with the same shape and idea, just a different cuisine.
