Baohaus's Bao
Who said sandwiches are only for meat lovers? The Uncle Jesse Bao from Baohaus has seasoned organic tofu with crushed peanuts, Taiwanese red sugar, cilantro, and the special Haus sauce. Oh, and they are served in steamed buns which are incredible if you haven't already had them.
