Sure, we all whined our way through hundreds of ramen packs (thanks, Costco) during college, but we have a special place for these salty noodles at the bottom of our heart. New York has a plethora of fantastic ramen spots. While it's impossible to pick the ultimate best ramen in the city, Momofuku is a great place to start. Momofuku's empire, which has now reached institution status, began with the Noodle Bar on the Lower East Side. Traditionalists rave about the Momofuku Ramen while health-nuts adore the Hozon Ramen. Dig in.
