- Gimmie Art’s second event, sponsored by Colt 45, consisted of viewing of original work by Ellis Gallgher (www.ellisgallgaher.com) known primarily for chalk drawings made by outlining shadows in the streets of New York City, grafitti artist Cope (http://www.cope2.net) Performing artists include Mini Jones Band (www.minijonesmusic.com), Polaroy (www.polaroy.com), live painting, body grafitti, coverage by Real Deal Radio, live projections by www.artislyfe.com, and many others. The event also gives independent vendors a platform to distribute their products, build relationships within the artistic community, and meet prospective buyers.
