What: The Dutch is holding a Memorial Day Luau on Monday, May 27 with a prix fixe lunch and family-style dinner menu of starters, including teriyaki-fried chicken wings, rib stickers such as steamed black bass and kalua suckling pig, and desserts, including shaved ice and malasada donuts. Cocktails will include mai tais, as well as specialty drinks such as the Rangoon Rugburn with Campari, hibiscus grenadine, and orange juice, and the Zombie, with three types of rum, absinthe, pineapple juice, grenadine, and bitters.
