Why: Korean-American celebrity Chef Debbie Lee of the Next Food Network Star will host the Korean Food Foundation booth (508) at the New York Food & Wine Festival from October 16-18. Lee will prepare traditional Korean dishes such as Gungiung-Dakjjim (royal braised chicken), as well as bone broth. Lee gained fame for her "Seoulful" fusion of Korean and Southern cuisine, placing an emphasis on healthy and high-nutrition dishes.
