Why: In partnership with James Beard Foundation, five hand-selected JBF Rising Star Semi-Finalist chefs dispatched to five participating Waldorf Astoria destinations around the globe, to collaborate with Waldorf Astoria Master Chefs in Amsterdam, New Orleans, Beijing, Jerusalem, and Orlando. These chef pairs have each created their vision of Waldorf Astoria’s next iconic dish, which they will present at this final tasting, during which a panel of culinary leaders, such as Questlove and Chef Wylie Dufresne, will select the winning dish.
