Friends of Hudson River Park’s Spring Fling When: Wed, April 29,6:30 pm - 10:30 pm Where: 230 Vesey Street Why: On Wednesday, April 29th, Friends of Hudson River Park will celebrate its inaugural Spring Fling event in downtown Manhattan at the newly designed and recently reopened Winter Garden at Brookfield Place. Guests will enjoy a delicious culinary experience provided by Le District, a new curated market and dining destination led by restaurateur Peter Poulakakos, and feature a rare private performance by Grammy Award-nominated singer-songwriter, composer and record producer Janelle Monáe. A special auction will be conducted to add to the excitement, presenting guests with the opportunity to bid on exclusive finds and packages. Spring Fling marks the first private event to be held in the space since the grand reopening of New York City’s downtown luxury destination.
