While most New Yorker’s are familiar with the organization for its “Ready, Willing & Able” transitional work program and the often-spotted “men in blue,” many do not know that sweet: New York is the one evening where the men of The Doe Fund’s culinary program trade in their blue uniforms for chefs whites and cook alongside dozens of NYC’s premiere chefs and restaurants.
