Why: City Parks Foundation will celebrate 30 years of SummerStage at their 2015 Gala on Monday in Central Park. New York City’s largest free performing arts festival, SummerStage brings free concerts to over 280,000 New Yorkers in citywide parks, expanding from May through October with 143 concerts this season.
