World famous chefs Mads Refslund and Marc Forgione – working together for the first time—will prepare a delicious waste-free meal for our small group of attendees. The chefs will share creative ways to repurpose food instead of discarding it, and with NRDC experts, discuss the critical need to reduce food waste.
