Tell us a little bit about how you started A Hotel Life.
"When it started, it was a real passion project. I thought, I love hotels and traveling, and I do it a lot for work, and so do my friends, whether they're DJs, writers, bloggers, actors, and I thought at the time there was a gap in the market. There's great sites for film, fashion, art, music, theater, food - but nothing really that hones in on lifestyle or creative hotels, and it's a burgeoning industry. And I didn't think there was anything online that supported the incredible efforts that a lot of great hoteliers, designers, and chefs were making. And I'm not talking just New York, but globally. In Mexico, Argentina, Chile, Brazil - there are a lot of great things that are happening all over."
