Which health kick do you find to be a total dud?
Juicing. Paleo. Keto. Atkins. Calorie counting! Basically every diet that has a list of yes and no foods. After studying them ALL at INN (Institute of Integrative Nutrition) you start to find patterns that allow you to create one normal healthy WAY OF EATING (not a diet). Whole foods, that have been sourced and grown the right way and cooked the right way. The only thing I really am against is cane and refined sugar. They slip their way into so many healthy snacks and food, to me that’s how people get in trouble.
