You're interest in health and wellness has been well documented. Would you ever want to work in that field?

Absolutely, it's a dream of mine to put out a line of products... food products under the realm of snacks, like putting out a bunch of different snacks. I don't know how I would go about doing that; I definitely need to do research when I actually have the time. But I would love to be able to do something like that.
We're at a restaurant opening right now and you're also an investor in Acme, so clearly this is something you're interested in. Is that also something you want to pursue?
So the restaurant industry was the first industry I ever got into. You could say it's also like a start-up world. I invested in my first restaurant when I was 19 years old. I was at Bard College, and I invested in a place called Hotel Griffou. We closed about a year ago but we had a nice 3 1/2 year run, and through that experience it really taught me a lot about finances and what it's like to work with a team. There was something really magical about being able to go to a place where everyone knows your name. And if you're feeling sick but you still have to go to dinner, the chef can make you a chicken soup, you know? it's something very homey, and that's how Acme came about. Growing up in Manhattan my entire life, I also wanted to give back to New York via nightlife, entertainment, arts, whatever, so I thought that it was a good starting point for me. Obviously the restaurant industry is extremely risky, but I've never been one to just sit around and wait for an opportunity to come my way.
