How did you both come together to create MZ Wallace?
Lucy Wallace Eustice: Monica and I first met in 1985 when I was working for Manolo Blahnik and Monica was a stylist. We lost touch, but in 1999 we re-met at the Union Square Farmer’s Market. Somehow the timing was right and we were both excited to use our experiences in the fashion industry to create a new brand of American nylon handbags.
