How was the transition from working for a corporation to working for yourself?
The transition was tough at first. When you are starting a new company, it’s your baby so you put all your energy wholeheartedly in to it. At the beginning I found it hard to turn off my work mode. Now I’ve gotten the hang of it and pretty soon when the little addition joins us (Laetitia's due any minute!), we will really have to re-adjust! Thankfully our staff is really capable and hard working so that won’t be a tough transition.
