What did you do before starting this project? Give us a little insight into your upbringing.
Lyon Porter: I was a professional hockey player and I'm still one of the top real estate brokers in New York City specializing in the luxury market both in Manhattan and Brooklyn. I grew up in Shaker Heights, Ohio (Cleveland) and left home at 16 to play hockey. Lived in 15 cities in 10 years and this really shaped who I am today. I'm a huge mama's boy and attribute a lot of my success to how my mom brought me up.
