This sounds like such a stimulating job. How is the day to day?

This sounds like such a stimulating job. How is the day to day? I think of myself, in some ways, as not only a very lucky person, but a selfish person. I love learning through the lens of others. I love going to conferences, and hearing brilliant people talking about medical discoveries, or the latest space exploration, or whatever it may be, so every day, I get to learn from the creative minds of artists. I feel so blessed to have my eyes open to the ways in which they see the world or particular situations, how they look at a canvas, how they may look at a problem like prison reform in this country, or racial inequity, or poverty. I really want to devote my time and my team’s time to working with the people we respect the most, and to really opening our eyes to those who are the most radically interesting thinkers.
