What do you enjoy the most about your job? “It’s all about the people. You don’t do this job for any length of time unless you really like figuring out a way to exceed people’s expectations and put a smile on their face. I get to choose who I work with everyday, which is a huge blessing for anybody. From the beginning of this project all the way through, my partners are amazing and respectful of each others talents and points of view, but also totally willing to go head to head about something they really think is important and that staff are like that all the way down. I’m always excited and happy to have people who will call me on my bullshit – if they think that’s what it is.
