How has the brand changed since you first got into it?

When Supreme first opened there were no lines and you’d see James at the store. It was a hang out for skaters. Then about just under a decade ago, the weekly Thursday drops became events with security guards and huge lines and people started reselling Supreme to make money on eBay. I’ve never resold anything from Supreme. The fun part of the brand is having something not many people have, so why get rid of it? I really dislike wearing labels and Supreme’s Barbara Kruger-esque logo is the only label I’ll wear. You’ll never catch me in a Gucci sweatshirt, but I am proud and happy to wear a jacket that says Supreme on it.
