What are you most excited for next?
Dan Kluger is one of my favorite chefs in New York (he and Dan Barber are New York’s farm-to-table whisperers if you ask me), and I’ve been patiently waiting for him to open his own solo project since he left ABC Kitchen two years ago. Thankfully, the time has almost come: Loring Place should be open in Greenwich Village by the end of this month.
