How do you keep abreast of a culture that's constantly changing, especially in a city that's so filled to the brim with new experiences and opportunities?
The number one most important part of any company is its people. So, the most important thing is to keep getting fresh contributions to the company, whether that's from people already within the company who are able to grow and learn and evolve and contribute more deeply, or it's finding new young people with their own eye and perspective.
