Refined Masquerade
What: Celebrate Halloween at Refinery Rooftop with its second annual “Refined Masquerade” Halloween party. Guests are asked to show off their finest masks while dancing and enjoying an open bar with Halloween-themed cocktails, passed food, magic tricks performed by a magician, and other entertainment on October 29th from 9pm – 1am. Rain or shine dance the night away at this 3,500 square foot rooftop bar with indoor and outdoor space with a retractable glass roof and enjoy panoramic views of the Empire State Building. Tickets for this event are $100 per person and can be purchased here. VIP packages are also available and masks are required for entry.
