What you need:
A colorful dress (Nylon Trico Figure Skater Dress from American Apparel works great)
A Pinata
A bag a candy
Hot glue gun
A Sombrero and a wiffle ball bat
What to do:
Cut the pinata in half, so there are is a back end and a front end.
Use the hot glue gun to glue on the front end (head) to the front of the dress and the back end of the pinata on the back of the dress. Then hot glue candy all over the dress. Let it cool over night.
