Hamish Bowles and Patricia Field hosted last night's DIVAS Shop the Opera at 82 Mercer to benefit the design and creation of costumes at New York City Opera. Christian Siriano stopped by to show his support , as well as enjoy cupcakes and take pictures with other shoppers.
The discounted designer merchandise was donated directly from fashion houses. Over 20 designers created one-of-a-kind sketches of opera costumes including Carolina Herrera, Narciso Rodriguez, Peter Som, Erin Fetherston, Christian Siriano, Gilles Mendel for J. Mendel, Stephen Burrows and Angel Sanchez.
