Central Park Workout Taught by trainers at Physical Equilibrium, this class is centered around the park's preexisting architecture. The total body workout increases muscle tone, stamina, endurance, and agility. Benches are used as platforms for pushups and participators sprint up concrete steps in the park. Classes are offered Monday and Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings for $30 per individual class. Attendees meet right by the park at 60th Street and 5th Avenue on the NW Corner. [Photo via]
