Refine Method

Tone up in this 50-minute class you can take on the East Side, West Side or in the West Village. Refine Method combines weights, core, muscle-targeting exercises and interval training set to pumping music to give you a killer total-body workout. Classes are small, so you get the individual attention that you would with a personal trainer.
