Upgrading my workout
This week I started by making a special dessert, yams and banana puree, something me and my 5-month-old niece have in common . Not sure if it's from the lack of real dessert, but this is pretty good! I also think it's time to really kick up my workout routine with jump roping. I recently received a Crossrope and am feeling amped that this is the added cardio I need.
Having worked at a recent photo shoot, one of the models said he jumps ropes for over an hour a day, making me feel ashamed of being happy of my 20 minutes. Since I don't have all day to look in a mirror and jump rope like most models, I decided to try Physiclo shorts with built-in resistance bands that increases all cardio and allowed me to burn more calories while toning muscles more effectively. Because who has time to hit the gym for hours during Fashion Week? If only I had an hour to jump.
