Plenty of couples go to the gym together, but turn it into a weekly date night activity and join a class. NYC Agape is a program specifically designed for couples. The 5-week program is meant to increase communication and have your significant other as an accountability partner. Instead of trying to one-up your partner, the workouts are team building exercises that focus on balance, accountability and flexibility.
