The newly opened Jade Hotel in Greenwich Village has a delectable pre-fixe/special menu at their speakeasy inspired restaurant, Grape & Vine, for Easter. This feast offers a delectable menu at $65 per person with dishes including Deviled Quail Eggs, Poached Turbot and a Roasted Rack of Lamb! The menu is designed by the restaurants chef, Kevin Heston, who brings a unique style of American cooking to the restaurant that reflects global flavors and techniques, garnered during the years he spent in the acclaimed kitchens of Wylie Dufresne’s wd-50 and Seamus Mullen’s Boqueria.
