And where would you like this ‘hypothetical hotel’?I would say the Italian Rivera. Because there are no good hotels in Italy, but there are an enormous amount of restaurants, and very rarely do you find a hotel that is as good as the food. So, I’d like to combine those two. South of France would be nice too. I could also see myself spending the summers on Long Island as well.
