Galore Magazine's Founders On Their New Film "Run Catch Kill" And More From Last Night's Party
Designers have incorporated different artistic mediums into fashion much more in the recent past. Do you see film as being an integral part of fashion moving forward?PC: Totally, I feel like right now everyone's looking for the next best way to get that reader, and to get that viewer engaged, and everyone's doing it. You see films Karl Lagerfeld shot for Chanel and Fendi. I think it's the way to get away from that boring music, the girl running through the field, or trying on dresses...[it needs] a little bit more dialogue. And I think it's the direction the modeling industry is going; everyone isn't just looking for a model, but that girl that could be the ultimate personality. So I think that's the kind of girl we like at Galore, the girl that's not just a pretty face, but a pretty face with an amazing attitude, and she's like the epitome of what a cool downtown chick is.
