On Taxi Drivers & Being A New Yorker
So you started your company in New York City - what was it like to have your start here?
I lived in New York for 12 years and I was constantly asked "where are you from?" and I would answer, "Here, New York! Why do you ask that?" And taxi drivers in particular would always tell me I didn't seem like the typical New Yorker. I was never sure how to take that. I wanted to be a New Yorker!
