How are the bars responding to this initiative?The response from the bar and restaurant industry has been tremendously positive. We managed to overcome a large stereotype that is generally associated with streaming media by simply conveying the message: SeeTheScene.TV is not “Big Brother!” When a venue registers with us, they can access their web cam’s on/off switch from their desktop or mobile device giving them complete control over the camera. When the camera is on, it takes a 10 second clip every 10 minutes – when it’s off, they have the option to loop a clip of their choosing. The camera is not meant to be invasive, but rather a powerful marketing tool that they control. This service isn't just revolutionizing the way people navigate Manhattan, it’s revolutionizing the way venues can market and advertise to their audience.
