Well for me, you know, obviously I dance but I would never go to the gym.

I’ve never run, I’ve never cycled, I just find it all really boring. So, when I had ever gone on the treadmill I’d stand there for two minutes, walk on the treadmill and go aww that’s my cardio for the day and not ever really work up a sweat.

But the idea we have here is the way we do the cardio, our main focus is through dance. So all my trainers are professional dancers as well as certified fitness instructors. In the classes, you do dance routines and learn choreography for 45 minutes to an hour.

NYTimes actually labeled us the Girlfriend Workout, like you’d come here with your girlfriends and just turn the music on, turn the lights down low and groove away.

Tell us a little about Body By Simone TV.

Well I work with a lot of celebrities who travel and we have the studio here in New York, and we’re actually about to open in L.A., but that's still not enough.

So we came out with my abs series on the iPhone. It’s a cool way to reach as many people as we can and let everyone have the opportunity to experience Body By Simone.
