Franco V If you could open for anyone who would it be?   There's no one I think about...I've never even thought about that. Really? Why would you want to think about that? Open? Oh so you wouldn't want to open, you want the be the headliner (laughs). Right, yeah, I mean I come at DJing probably from a different perspective from a lot of people, in that I played music. I've already had a band that played at Coachella, I had a band that played at Lollapalooza. Why did you stop the band? I didn't want to be a 30 year old struggling musician. You're not even 30 now... I know. So I jumped the gun and I was like fuck this (laughs). What's your drink of choice? Jameson rocks or a margarita. After a late-night set, where do you go out to eat? Beef jerky from a supermarket. Honestly I try not to eat. I have a physique to maintain and so eating late at night is never a good idea (laughs). If you weren't DJing you would be... Well I also make furniture; working on doing it professionally, I'm getting there. Most of the pieces I've done are to furnish my own apartment. What do you do during the daytime? I hang out with Mike Nouveau and I make furniture. If you opened a club what you name it? Dicks. With no apostrophe. It could be like Dick's, like it's his club, but no, I'm just talking about straight up Dicks. Favorite artist outside of music. Sean Augustine March. What do you do to get inspired? I don't know, inspiration just strikes. I'll get an idea and sit down and make a song out of it. I make remixes as Night Time Friends. Like the Daft Punk album, when I heard "Doin It Right" I was like...they gave this to DJs to remix, because there are no drums on it and its very minimal. I heard the song, I called Sean up and said Daft Punk just gave us a gift, come over now, we're doing this. I heard the potential in it and said we're doing this.
