So since everyone can't stop talking about it, what did Beth do to your hair?
Well, the thing with me is that because I'm on Orange is the New Black, I can't really color my hair or do anything too dramatic because you know, my character's in prison. She obviously wouldn't have done her hair for years and years, and I like to stay very, very true to this character because I feel that's what makes all of these characters great. I literally don't tweeze my brows right now, I haven't been doing my nails. Like the lady who did my nails today was horrified. She was like, "Ugh!" and I was like, "Trust me!"
But Beth did a really great job. I know she used a gloss. She knew that I have had a lot of hair damage, so she used the lightest amount of what lifts your hair. What she wanted to do was give me a little bit of dimension without really changing my look.
