Do you hope to branch out to other products in the future?
BM: Yes. I would like to continue building the line, growing the shades, growing more hair care for color-treated hair, I would like to have appliances for color-treated hair. And I would like to have lips, cheeks, and eyes. Whenever you change that hair color, you better change that lip, cheek, and eye makeup!
You know, there's a whole new world. There's so much on the edge that people don't know about scientifically with dyes, with hair care, with the way we style color treated hair. Because color treated hair is the difference between a silk shirt and a pair of jeans. They're both great fibers but they have to be treated differently.
Do you have any predictions for upcoming winter hair trends?
Trims! Shorter hair, a lot of bobs. Long bobs, longer in the front, shorter in the back. Brunette is cool but brown on brown, not just one flat color. And blondes are getting tanner, not so yellow, not so creamy.
