The Opening Of Rogue & Canon

After being escorted to the side bar area, Caroline the social and personable waitress gave a rundown of all the drinks and menu options. Rogue & Canon has some wonderful small plate options like Crispy Shrimp, and Welsh Rarebit. Or, if you’re in the mood for something more, they have large plate options like Pork Chop, Fish and Chips, and a Hanger Steak. While enjoying some artistically -crafted cocktails, Caroline brought over Johnny Swet, a partner and innovator for Rogue & Canon. (He is also a co-owner of the Jimmy at the James Hotel.) Johnny discussed passionately about how long it took to get Rogue & Canon running and the vision he has,
“It almost took me three full weeks to get the brick wall fully exposed,” Swet said. “And then we had a setback with Hurricane Sandy, so there were some hurdles we had to face.”
