Smith & Wollensky's
One of the most famous steakhouses in the city, Smith and Wollensky's is not only a prime spot for a prime rib, but a multitude of movie scenes as well. Many characters have had serious conversation or held business meeting at one of the tables in the steakhouse.
Movie Scene: In the 2000 film "American Psycho," Christian Bale (who plays Patrick Bateman, the insane serial killer) orders his steak without hash-browns when dining at Smith & Wollensky's.
