From June 5th to June 7th, the majority of head rocking hippies can be found on Randall's Island, probably not sober in any sense of the word, and most likely over-hydrating themselves due to effects of the former.
Governors Ball has mushroomed into a huge festival from a mere four years ago and is featuring artists such as Deadmau5, Björk, Drake, St. Vincent, and Florence and the Machine, who are playing Friday and Saturday. Weird Al Yankovic and The Black Keys are closing the show on Sunday. This is
the festival of the summer aside from Electric Zoo, and we would not be caught dead anywhere else that weekend.
