1) How would you describe your personal style? Has it changed since your career began?
I like to think I am a combination of personal culture, streetwise and thrift store local. I like to support independent brands and pick merch up from restaurants and wear their shirts with hip kicks, but I also like to shop at local thrifts for something second hand fresh when possible.
2) What things can you not perform or party without?
I can't perform without my voice, my Android Homme kicks (on this tour) or my heart and brain.
3) Do you have a favorite place to shop in NYC?
I don’t have a favorite, but I do like Abustle for fresh kicks.
4) Do you have any pre-show rituals?
Usually I run around and introduce myself to people and ask them to come forward. I like to be with the people and make my performance a "we" thing, rather than a "me" thing.
5) Where are people most likely to find you when you aren't playing?
They probably won't find me, but If they do, probably in LA riding my new bike, at a Ham on Everything party in LA, or at a random Chabad house in America hanging with my Jews. They also might find me in Korea Town doing my tour laundry at Lucy's across the street from my place.
