What: Looking to impress some friends with a good vibe and an even better meal? Then this is your spot. For $85 per person, guests will be immersed in a meal fit for a bed coma. Co-chefs Ann Redding & Matt Danzer will serve a prix-fixe, reservation only Thai feast starting with Betel leaf wraps, Tapioca & pork dumplings, and Lobster-lotus custard canapés. For the first course guests will enjoy an Oyster Tom Kaa (oyster & coconut soup with galangal, lemongrass & kaffir lime), followed by Sucking pig with Thai condiments, crab glass noodles, pineapple & holy basil fried rice, and bok choy stir fry. Guests will top off the night with Sweet black sticky rice with palm sugar custard.
